At Yoga Grace, your quality of life is really important to us. And we know that a public class setting is not for everyone, and that the benefits of yoga can, for some, be best found within a private 1:1 setting. So we’re very happy to offer personalized programs that are designed to suit your individual needs.
Our 1-on-1 program may be for you if:
-You are interested in attending Yoga but are a bit shy or nervous about attending a public class.
-You are intrigued by the healing effects of Yoga but are working with an injury/physical limitation that prevents you from attending public classes.
-You are an intermediate practitioner looking to deepen your practice in a specific area and develop an intelligent home-practice.
Your program may include some or all of the following:
-Physical postures (asana)
-Breathing techniques (pranayama)
Our 1-on-1 Yoga program is a 5-week program (to start) and includes:
-5 weekly, 1-on-1, 75-minute Yoga sessions at Yoga Grace
-A personalized practice guide to use while practicing at home
-Direct email support from your instructor
After 5 weeks, you may choose to continue your program at home on your own, or you can continue to work with your instructor on a weekly basis.
