New To Yoga Orientation (60 min)

New to Yoga Grace? We offer a 1-on-1 introductory session designed to warmly welcome you to the practice of Yoga at Yoga Grace. During your 60-minute visit, you'll meet one of our experienced instructors and receive a guided tour of the space where you can share your goals, unique needs and experience with Yoga.

We'll provide a short physical and respiratory assessment to help you understand what group classes will best support your needs. The session also includes a short, private Yoga practice that will help introduce you to the structure of a class, prop use, and some common postures you’ll experience in a class.

This is ideal for first-time visitors, and is the most supportive way to begin your Yoga journey with us!
