Join us for our Fall into Yoga Challenge

Join us at Yoga Grace for a fun, uplifting, and beginner-friendly Fall Yoga Challenge from September 15th - October 14th! Whether you're just starting out or returning to your mat after a carefree summer, this is the perfect time to refocus on your health, peace of mind and personal wellness.

Over 30 days, we’ll move, breathe deeply & support each other in building a nurturing, healthy routine. Everyone is welcome — no experience needed! Let this be your invitation to recommit to yourself and your wellbeing.

Your challenge?! Attend as many classes as you can, embracing a variety of class styles, including asana (postures) breathwork and meditation! From moving gently, to watching your breath in long, restorative holds, to sweaty, strength building practices, uplifting breathing classes & tranquil meditations, you’ll spend lots of introspective time on your Yoga mat, caring for yourself well! We’ll keep track of everyone’s classes at the studio with a challenge board (with stickers!), and you can have a printed version to take home as well.

Not a member? Get a Challenge Pass!

Join us for this 30 Day Fall Yoga Challenge with a Challenge Pass! Attend as much as you’d like for $139 + tax. If you have another pass (10-Class, 20-Class, etc), totally fine! You can switch to your Challenge Pass and use those again after October 14th.
