Join Engel on Saturday, January 11th (5 - 8 pm) for this rare, 3-hour Breathwork Journey. This intimate, candlelit evening will be Engel's last workshop before heading off to Bali for 2 months and will be like nothing you've ever experienced before!

Set to a meditative, candle light theme, you'll be led through an incredible journey that peels back the layers of reality as you know it, and opens your mind to transcendental bliss. With the backdrop of cosmic soundscapes playing out, Engel will be guiding the breath journey as you're nurtured and supported, followed by a sharing circle to close off the evening.

It is recommended that you have prior experience with breathwork of some kind, either as a pranayama class at the studio, or some breath related workshop of any kind. This will truly be a night not to miss and we hope to have you out!
