Join Teresa for an afternoon of inversions - an integral part of our Yoga practice! Inversions, or postures that place the heart above the head, are one of the most tangible ways to literally shift our perspective and move past our perceived limitations.

Expect to dissolve misconceptions + fear around these beautiful postures and learn the basics of getting yourself safely into inversions commonly seen in our classes (shoulderstand, headstand and maybe a few more!).

This workshop is for ALL levels of students wanting to explore in a safe + supportive environment.
