Peace Through Meditation | An Intro to Meditation w. The Bhagavad Gita

Join Teresa for a special meditation workshop where we will dive deep into the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most revered Yogic texts. Teresa will guide us through a discussion on meditation according to the Gita and the path to inner peace. In this session, we’ll explore how the ancient wisdom of the Gita can be applied to modern life, helping us navigate the ups and downs we face.

We will begin with a conversation led by Teresa, focusing on the key principles of meditation outlined in the Bhagavad Gita. Through this discussion, you will learn practical tips on how to meditate and what profound benefits the practice can bring.

Afterward, Teresa will lead us through a guided group meditation, offering us the space to experience these teachings firsthand.
