The group will be invited to connect with a local medicinal “mystery plant,” and guided through a 30-minute meditation with the plant. Each person will then have the opportunity to create a simple expression of their experience. Carley will open up an insightful and delightful discussion of the group’s experiences, and the healing powers of this plant, all plants, and the natural world at large.
