Join Elyse for this unique workshop, focused on opening our hearts and allowing ourselves to blossom + open through mantra and movement. 

We will listen to and recite "Sita Ram" throughout our practice and dive deeper into this simple, yet powerful mantra that we can use to enrich our daily lives. 

Expect slow flowing, heart-opening postures along with pranayama, mantra and a deep, blissful savasana. This afternoon will be accessible to everyone and all are welcome to attend!
