Fall is upon us! Just like the change in the colour of the leaves, the cooler temperatures and shorter days, our bodies are adjusting and adapting as well. In this class, we'll help our bodies will greet the new season by making space and wringing out anything no longer serving us. This 90-minute backbends and twists focused class will invigorate and detoxify the body and mind! This class will include lots of variations and is accessible to everyone who has practiced Vinyasa yoga.
