Nikki Jinks is returning to Yoga Grace on March 14th! Join her as she shares a practice called "Unwind", her favourite way to wind down from the busyness of life. We'll start with some Yin style postures and counter stretches followed by passive + relaxing Restorative Yoga postures. All you'll have to do is occasionally move and adjust your props and then settle back into quiet stillness. While you take the time to settle into this nurturing and revitalizing practice for the body, we’ll have space to dive into deeper awareness of ourselves. As we move from active bodies to resting bodies, we’ll also explore moving from busy minds to quiet minds. You’ll leave this extended practice feeling refreshed and relaxed head to toes, body and mind!
