Join Teresa & Ricardo for a lovely candlelit Hatha class in honour of Diwali, the festival of lights. This special day symbolizes the victory of good over evil, where many candles are lit as a sign of celebration and of hope. 

Teresa will lead us through a beautiful all-levels Hatha practice while Ricardo shares devotional mantras in the theme of this special day. After our practice, we'll enjoy tea & treats! This event will be a beautiful celebration and all are welcome to attend!
