Your challenge?! Attend as many classes as you can, embracing a variety of class styles, including asana (postures) breathwork and meditation! From moving gently, to watching your breath in long, restorative holds, to sweaty, strength building practices, uplifting breathing classes & tranquil meditations, you’ll spend lots of introspective time on your Yoga mat, caring for yourself well!
