In this 2-hour workshop with Emy, we'll explore a blindfolded Gentle Hatha practice, helping us to reconnect to the love and trust we hold for our mind, body and soul. Experience postures and gentle sequences free from visual distractions. Turn inward and feel your practice in a new way. Disconnect from the distractions, stimulation and hustle of the outside world. Close your eyes and let your heart be your guide. This workshop is for all levels, and we'd love for you to join us!
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a blindfold (scarf, etc.) & a Yoga mat
