You’re invited to a unique 90-minute sound bath to slow down, rest and receive healing vibrations while immersing into a soundscape of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drums and more.

What to expect: You will be laying down on your back for up to 90 minutes, so please bring your own mat, a cushion/pillow for head support, a blanket (if desired) & an eye pillow/covering.

Parking: ​Plenty of free street parking is available on Beach Rd.

Arriving: Please arrive at the Yoga Studio 10 - 15 minutes before the start time to settle in and get comfortable. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in after the sound bath begins and there are no refunds for latecomers.
