"Having a dream isn't important. It's necessary."
Join Engel, founder of Pranayama Sadhana and co-owner of Yoga Grace, Sunday, April 28th, for an exciting workshop that demonstrates the importance of having a personal dream and how it can drastically enhance the quality of your life!
You see, having a dream isn’t important. It’s necessary. Because a dream gives us direction. It provides us with a destination. It gives us something to look forward to… something to look towards each and every day. And it’s this type of movement of the mind, that when positively reinforced, generates excitement and ultimately places us on the vantage grounds of viewing our future constructively. Because when a person has a dream and knows that achieving it is possible, a newness of life overcomes them.
This 2.5 hr workshop will be an engaging, interactive presentation that will first open up with a short & simple breathing practice to help settle the mind and facilitate an inquisitive and introspective mood. This workshop is open to all age groups and levels of practitioners, whether new to yoga or seasoned! *There will be no postures or an extended breathing practice in this workshop.
